This is our third sauna in 20 years, and the single-person Relaxe Caldera is a fantastic choice. Assembly was easy; I identified the parts and put it together in about 2-3 hours. The use model is great—just set the temperature, time, and lighting, and you're good to go. You can connect it to your phone via Bluetooth for music, podcasts, or audiobooks. This sauna is excellent, especially the red light therapy board. It heats up to 145 degrees in about an hour, and I can push it to 149 with an extra 20-30 minutes. Even at 125-130, you can still sweat well. The speakers are great, and with Bluetooth, you can use your phone or iPad for entertainment. We got the 2-person sauna, which has plenty of space for my wife and me. It arrived well-packed, and the driver helped wheel it into our garage. Everything was lightweight and easy to carry to our basement.

I was hesitant due to the low price, but assembly took me about two hours alone. Mounting the red light panel was the hardest part. I regularly use both the infrared sauna and red light therapy panel without issues. The sauna reaches 142 degrees and is in our bedroom. You can place the towel rack and cup holder anywhere, but I suggest trying it out first. I plan to recommend these to my clients if I stay issue-free for the next six months.
