2. Order Processing

Orders placed before 12 PM PST (Mon – Fri) ship same business day.

Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Pre-orders/back-orders always show an estimated ship date on the product page.
3. Freight Delivery – Massage Chairs & Saunas

Scheduled Call-Ahead – The carrier phones you 24 h in advance to set a four-hour delivery window.

Curb-Side Drop – Standard service places the boxed unit at the first dry area (e.g., garage or porch).

White-Glove Upgrade (optional) – In-home placement & debris removal; add at checkout.

Signature Required – Inspect packaging for visible damage before signing the Proof of Delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order
The moment we create a label you’ll receive an email from hello@relaxe.co containing a live tracking link.
Didn’t see it? Check spam or email us and we’ll resend.
5. Delivery Issues

Lost in transit – Tell us within 7 days of the last scan; we’ll file a claim and ship a replacement.

Visible damage – Photograph the box/chair and email us within 48 hours; we’ll arrange pickup & send a replacement at no cost.

Missed LTL appointment – Carriers charge a redelivery fee; contact us ASAP to reschedule and avoid storage charges.
6. Taxes, Duties & Tariffs
All duties & tariffs for deliveries inside the contiguous U.S. are pre-paid by Relaxe. You’ll never owe additional fees at the door.
